Marg AI is an educational career-guidance service. It is not a diagnostic or clinical tool — see the Results and Validity Disclaimer for what Marg AI's results are and are not.
Marg AI is for people aged 18 and over. You tell us your date of birth when you sign up, and an account cannot be created if it shows you are under 18. We do not otherwise verify your age; the date of birth you give us is self-declared.
You may hold one account. The details you give us at signup must be accurate.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials safe. If you believe your account has been used without your permission, tell us promptly at support@legosapien.com. We may suspend an account we reasonably believe is being misused.
Assessments and chat sessions on Marg AI are paid for with credits, which you buy in packs. Prices shown are exclusive of GST, and the GST payable is shown at checkout before you pay. A credit is spent the moment a session starts, not when it finishes. See the Refund and Cancellation Policy for what happens to money you have paid us.

We own Marg AI, its materials, and the career catalogue as presented on the service. Your answers remain yours. By submitting them, you grant us the licence we need to score your answers, generate your report, and store that report on your behalf.
Marg AI is a beta service. It may change, be interrupted, or be withdrawn, in whole or in part, at any time. We will give notice of any material change to these terms.
Marg AI is provided "as is" and "as available", to the fullest extent permitted by law. See the Results and Validity Disclaimer for what Marg AI's results do and do not represent.
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you arising out of or in connection with your use of Marg AI is limited to [LIABILITY_CAP].

You may close your account at any time by writing to support@legosapien.com. We may suspend or close your account for misuse of the service or for non-payment. Closing or suspending an account does not by itself affect any obligation that arose before that point.
